ePOS & online ordering

Choosing an ePOS? Get independent advice before you sign

Every ePOS demo looks good, contracts can run for years and the online ordering add-on rarely matches your website. Titan Digital gives vendor-neutral ePOS advice in Ireland for hospitality and retail businesses. We help you choose, set up and connect a system, then get useful weekly reporting out of the till.

The problem

Most ePOS problems start at the demo

  • Hardware and card processing tied to one provider, with terms that are hard to compare.
  • An online ordering or click and collect module that does not match your website or menu.
  • Stock, prices and products kept in two places, so one is always out of date.
  • Sales reports that exist in the system but never reach the people making decisions.

We help you avoid these before you sign, or fix them if you already have a system. We do not rank or push particular providers. We compare options against how you actually trade.

What we do

ePOS and online ordering services

Part of our websites, eCommerce and systems work, using WooCommerce, Shopify, Make.com and Google Sheets where they help.

We document how you sell, at the counter, online, by phone or at events, and turn it into a requirements list to compare providers against.

Demo and proposal comparison

We prepare demo questions and compare hardware, card processing, support and contract length side by side, so you can spot lock-ins before you sign.

Online ordering and click and collect connected to your website, through the provider’s own module or an online shop on WooCommerce or Shopify, so menus, stock and prices match.

Sales data sent automatically into Google Sheets or a simple dashboard each week, as we set up for Elmgrove Irish Flower Farm.

Products, modifiers, VAT settings and user permissions configured, then hands-on training for the people who use the till every day.

Where it helps, we connect the till to your booking system, email list or loyalty scheme, so customer records are not split across tools.

How it works

How an ePOS project works

Step 1

Understand how you sell

A visit or call to map your counter, online, phone and event sales, your products and the reports you need.

Step 2

Shortlist and compare

A written requirements list, demo questions and a side-by-side comparison of the options that fit.

Step 3

Set up and connect

We help configure the chosen system and connect online ordering, click and collect and your website.

Step 4

Train and report

Staff training at go-live, then automated weekly reporting so you can see what is selling.

We set up automated weekly reporting from Elmgrove’s POS system into Google Sheets, so the team sees sales without exporting and pasting figures by hand.

Charity

An online order and donation portal: order, pay and get confirmation in one journey, with dispatch details passed straight to the office team.

Enterprise support

Ways to start

Three ways to start

Each is scoped in writing before we begin. Fixed scope, ask for a quote.

Talk through how you trade and what you need from a till, and get a clear view of your options and next steps.

One workflow designed, built, tested and handed over, such as a weekly KPI report from your till.

Monthly updates, backups, security and monitoring for the website and ordering pages your till connects to.

Common questions

Which ePOS system do you recommend?

It depends on how you trade, so we do not name a favourite here. A café with table service, a shop with click and collect and a producer selling at markets need different things. We compare the options that fit your requirements and explain the trade-offs.

Can online orders flow into our ePOS?

Often, yes, but it depends on the provider and your website. Some systems include their own online ordering, while others connect to a WooCommerce or Shopify shop. We check what is possible before you commit, so you do not end up keying orders in twice.

Can we get weekly sales reports without exporting by hand?

Usually. We set up automated reporting from Elmgrove Irish Flower Farm’s POS system into Google Sheets, and can build something similar for you with Make.com or the provider’s own reports.

We already have an ePOS. Can you still help?

Yes. We can review how it is set up, connect it to your website or reporting, and train staff on features they are not using yet.
