AI & Automation
Spend less of your week on admin a system could do
Invoices retyped into the accounts, web enquiries copied into a spreadsheet, a weekly report pieced together by hand and staff using ChatGPT with no guidance on what is safe. Titan Digital provides practical AI automation for businesses in Ireland and the UK. We build on tools your team can run once we hand over.

The problem
Why most AI plans stall before they save an hour
Someone has tried ChatGPT or Microsoft Copilot. A Zapier account was opened and forgotten. Meanwhile the real cost sits in the gaps between systems, where a person copies data from one screen to another, checks it and sends it on.
We start in those gaps. We find the tasks that are repetitive, rule-based and frequent, and decide which need AI, which need simple automation and which should be left alone. Then we build the useful ones, train the people who use them and check they save the time we expected.

What we do
AI and automation services
Built with Make.com, Zapier, ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot and Gemini, on top of the Microsoft 365, HubSpot, WooCommerce and WordPress systems you already run.
A review of your processes, systems and data, ending in a shortlist of AI and automation opportunities ranked by effort and benefit, and a costed 90-day roadmap.
Make.com and Zapier workflows for lead routing, form-to-CRM handoffs, order and booking notifications, and data moved between systems without retyping.
Invoices, receipts, application forms and emails read by AI, with the key fields pulled out, checked against simple rules and passed to the right person.
ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot or Gemini set up for drafting, summarising and research, with prompt libraries written around your own documents and tone of voice.
Weekly KPI reports built from your till, website, booking system or CRM, delivered by email or in Google Sheets, so nobody has to compile them.
A plain-English AI use policy your staff can follow, training with attendance records, and role-based follow-up for the people who use AI most.
How it works
Four steps from idea to a working system
Step 1
Map the work
A short call, then a working session with the people who do the task. We map the process as it really runs, including the workarounds.
Step 2
Prioritise
You get a shortlist scored on time saved, risk and effort, with a clear recommendation: AI, simple automation, or no change.
Step 3
Build and test
We build the agreed workflow in Make.com, Zapier or your existing tools, test it on real examples and keep a person in the loop where judgement matters.
Step 4
Hand over and measure
Training for the people who use it, written documentation, and a review a few weeks after go-live to check it is doing its job.
Proof
AI and automation in practice
In 2025 we worked with 85+ mentoring clients and delivered 86+ training sessions. Here is some of the build, training and advisory work behind those numbers.
Horticulture and retail
We automated weekly reporting from Elmgrove’s POS system into Google Sheets, so the team gets a regular view of sales without exporting and pasting figures by hand.
Finance admin
AI invoice capture
Built in Make.com for a small business: supplier invoices are read by AI and their key details captured automatically, instead of being typed in by hand each week.
Enterprise support
Digital mentoring for Local Enterprise Offices including Dublin City, Dún Laoghaire-Rathdown, Meath, Monaghan and Mayo, covering AI tools, automation and practical digital roadmaps.
Motor industry training
AI and digital training delivered on SIMI Skillnet programmes for people working in the Irish motor industry, alongside Philip’s AI sessions for ACCA Ireland.
Ways to start
Three fixed-scope ways to start
Each offer has a defined scope, timeline and set of deliverables, so you know what you are buying before we begin. Fixed scope, ask for a quote.
A short review of how your business runs, a shortlist of AI and automation opportunities, and a costed 90-day roadmap.
One workflow designed, built, tested and handed over, such as invoice capture, lead routing or a weekly KPI report.
A half or full day, on site or online, with attendance records, an AI use policy template and role-based follow-up.

Common questions
Do we need AI, or just automation?
Often just automation. Many time-consuming tasks follow fixed rules and only need data moved between systems. We use AI where the input is messy, such as invoices, emails or free-text forms, and we will say so when a simpler fix will do.
How do you handle GDPR and personal data?
Every engagement includes a short data review: what personal data a workflow touches, which tools process it, where they host it and who sees the results. We use business plans and settings that keep your data out of model training where the provider offers this, keep personal data out of AI steps that do not need it, and document each workflow for your data protection lead. We provide technical support, not legal advice.
What does the EU AI Act expect on AI literacy?
Article 4 of the EU AI Act, as amended in 2026, expects organisations that use AI to take measures to support their staff’s AI literacy, without setting a required level for each person. Our training, attendance records and AI use policy templates help you show the steps you have taken. We provide training and technical support, not legal advice, so check your obligations with your solicitor or adviser.
What happens if a workflow breaks?
Make.com and Zapier log every run and can alert you when one fails. We set up those alerts and document fixes for common errors. We can also look after your workflows on our Website & Systems Care Plan.
Do you work with UK businesses?
Yes. Assessments, builds and training run remotely, so we work with businesses across Ireland, Northern Ireland and Great Britain. See how engagements work on our UK page.
