What your team gets
- Pre-workshop check-in. A short call to learn which tools your team has, which roles will attend and what they use AI for today.
- Role-based exercises. Hands-on tasks from real work, such as drafting, summarising, research and analysis, in ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot or Gemini.
- Safe-use rules. What not to paste into a prompt, how to check outputs, when to disclose AI use and how to handle client data.
- Attendance records. Who attended, the date, the format and the topics covered.
- AI use policy template. A plain-English template you can adapt and adopt.
- Follow-up resources. Prompt guides and checklists for each role.

You receive the attendance record, the policy template and the role-based resources.
Is the workshop right for your team?
Article 4 of the EU AI Act, as amended in July 2026, requires employers that use AI to take measures to build their staff’s AI literacy. This workshop is one practical way to do that and keep a record. We provide training support, not legal advice.
A good fit if...
- Staff already use ChatGPT, Copilot or Gemini.
- You are rolling out Microsoft Copilot.
- You want records and a policy.
- You employ teams in Ireland or the UK.
Not the right fit if...
- You need a legal opinion on the AI Act.
- You want custom AI tools built. Try the Automation Starter.
- Only one person needs help. Try mentoring.
What is not included
- Licences for AI tools. We work with what you have, or plan to buy.
- Legal review of your AI use or of your final policy.
- Formal certification of attendees.
- Building custom AI tools or automations.

Common questions
Is this enough to meet Article 4?
We cannot give a legal view on that. The workshop, the attendance records and the policy template are practical evidence of AI literacy training. Your adviser can tell you whether anything more is needed in your situation.
How many people can attend?
We agree group sizes during scoping. Smaller groups get more hands-on time, so larger teams usually run as several sessions by role.
Do staff need to bring anything?
A laptop with access to the AI tools your organisation uses. If you have not chosen a tool yet, we will advise on what to set up beforehand.
Can you run it for UK teams?
Yes. We run the workshop online or on site for teams across Ireland and the UK.
