Members want practical answers on AI
Members of professional bodies are being asked about AI by clients, colleagues and regulators. Most have tried ChatGPT or Microsoft Copilot. Few have had time to work out where AI is safe and useful in their own work.
- Which tasks AI can help with today, and which it cannot.
- How to protect client confidentiality and personal data.
- What the EU AI Act’s AI literacy duty means for their firm.
- Where automation and AI search affect how firms win work.
Four training formats
Webinar
A focused online session for members, with live demonstrations and questions. Suits a single topic or a lunchtime slot.
Conference talk
A keynote or breakout talk that gives a mixed audience a clear, practical view of AI in their profession.
Half-day workshop
Hands-on practice for smaller groups, with members working through exercises on their own tasks and tools.
Series
A run of sessions that builds from the basics to safe use, policy and automation, with resources between sessions.
Topics we cover
Topics are agreed with your training team. Most sessions combine two or three of these, pitched at your members’ experience.
- AI in your profession. Practical uses in daily work, from drafting and research to analysis and reporting.
- Safe and responsible use. Client confidentiality, GDPR, checking outputs and AI use policies.
- AI literacy and the EU AI Act. What Article 4 asks of providers and deployers. Training, not legal advice.
- Microsoft Copilot and Microsoft 365. Getting value from tools many firms already pay for.
- Automation for firms. Where Make.com, Zapier and Microsoft 365 can remove repetitive admin.
- AI search and visibility. How buyers find firms through Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT and Perplexity.
