What the plan covers each month
A plugin update that breaks checkout, or a booking form that stops sending confirmations, costs less to catch early. This WordPress care plan covers WooCommerce, booking systems built with LatePoint or Gravity Forms, and Make.com or Zapier automations.
- Updates with testing. WordPress core, theme and plugin updates, with checks on key pages afterwards.
- Off-site backups. Regular backups stored away from your hosting, with restores when needed.
- Security monitoring. Scanning for malware and suspicious activity, and action when something is found.
- Uptime monitoring. Alerts if the site goes down, so we can respond.
- Form and booking checks. Test submissions on forms, booking and checkout.
- Automation checks. Your Make.com or Zapier workflows reviewed for failed runs.

Is there a minimum term?
No. The care plan runs month to month.
Can you look after a site someone else built?
Yes, after an onboarding check. If we find anything urgent, we tell you before the plan starts and quote for the fix.
What can the small-changes time be used for?
Content edits, new images, form tweaks, plugin swaps and minor design fixes. Larger work, such as new pages or features, is quoted separately so the plan stays predictable.
What if an update breaks something?
We test after updates, roll back from backup if needed and then fix the cause.
Does the plan cover our automations?
Yes, where we have access. We check Make.com and Zapier workflows for failed runs each month and tell you what we find.
What does the monthly report show?
The updates applied, the backups taken, the results of security, uptime, form and booking checks, any automation errors, the small changes made and what we recommend next.
