Capabilities
Our capabilities: digital and AI, from strategy to implementation
Digital and AI now sit on the leadership agenda. We build capability in client teams, implement the systems and measure the results. Five practice areas, one Dublin team, serving leading organisations in the private and public sectors.

Our perspective
Lasting value comes when capability building and implementation move together
Most leaders we work with face three linked priorities. Their teams need confidence with AI and digital tools, their systems need to be built or connected, and the right buyers need to find them online. Progress on one rarely holds without the others.
We work on all three. The team that builds booking systems, online shops and Make.com automations also delivers training for Local Enterprise Offices, ACCA Ireland and SIMI Skillnet programmes. Our training is grounded in real implementation, and every build is handed over with the training to run it.
How we help clients
Five practice areas take clients from strategy to measurable results
A

We assess AI readiness, automate workflows with Make.com and Zapier, process documents with AI, build reporting dashboards and write AI use policies teams can follow.
B

We strengthen technical, on-page, international and local SEO, audit sites and schema, and build visibility in Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity.
C

We build on WordPress and Elementor, run eCommerce on WooCommerce, Shopify and other platforms, and deliver booking and membership systems, custom plugins, ePOS, online ordering and care plans.
D

We audit channels, set digital strategy and run social media, LinkedIn, content, Google Search, Shopping, display and YouTube ads, and Meta ads, measured through Google Analytics 4 and conversion tracking.
E

We build capability through in-company AI and digital training, member training for professional bodies, Local Enterprise Office programmes and one-to-one mentoring on LEO panels.
Where to begin

Set out the issue you need to resolve. A short call is usually enough to identify the right starting point, even when that is not us.
Ways to engage
Fixed-scope engagements give leaders clarity before work begins
Each engagement has a defined scope, timeline and set of deliverables, agreed in writing before work starts. Fixed scope, ask for a quote.

A short diagnostic of how the organisation runs, a shortlist of AI and automation opportunities and a costed 90-day roadmap.

A half or full day, on site or online, that builds practical AI capability, with attendance records, an AI use policy template and role-based follow-up.

An SEO health check and a baseline of how often AI tools mention the organisation, with a ranked list of fixes.

One workflow designed, built, tested and handed over, such as invoice capture, lead routing or a weekly key performance indicator (KPI) report.

Client work
Our client work spans public bodies, charities and enterprise support
Local government

We built a campaign website, registration pathway and Facebook-led awareness plan that reached more than 250,000 organic Facebook impressions in the first three weeks.
Community health

We built a booking system for rapid-testing appointments, with SMS confirmation, phone verification and a follow-up survey after each visit.
Enterprise support

One-to-one digital mentoring as an appointed panel mentor for Local Enterprise Offices across Ireland, covering AI tools, automation, websites and SEO.

Questions clients ask us
How do you price engagements?
On a fixed scope wherever possible. You receive a written quote with deliverables and timings before work begins, and any change is agreed in writing.
Do you work outside Dublin?
Yes. We work with organisations across Ireland, Northern Ireland and Great Britain. Most training and consulting runs online, and we travel for workshops and kick-off sessions where that adds value.
Do you give legal advice on the EU AI Act or accessibility law?
No. We provide training, technical support and documentation that support your compliance work, not legal advice. For legal interpretation, speak to your solicitor or adviser.
Will we be tied into a long contract?
No. Most clients begin with a fixed-scope engagement. Ongoing support, such as a care plan or a marketing retainer, runs month to month unless you request otherwise.
