Making Rapid Testing Easier To Book

Titan Digital worked with MPOWER at HIV Ireland to create a new booking system for MPOWER Rapid Testing.

The goal was to make appointment booking quick and easy for users while giving the MPOWER team better control over availability, confirmations and follow-up communication.

Creating A Simple Booking Journey

MPOWER needed a simple digital booking process for rapid testing appointments. The system had to be easy for users, practical for the team to manage and suitable for a sensitive health-service context.
