Tools only pay off when people know how to use them

Most teams now have AI built into tools they already pay for, such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT and Gemini. Few have had time to learn how to use them well, or what not to put into them.

  • A few people use AI tools; everyone else is unsure or worried.
  • No one has set rules on client data, checking outputs or disclosure.
  • Employers need a record of AI literacy training for staff.
  • Marketing, analytics and admin tools are only half used.

Our training closes that gap with short demonstrations, then practice on people’s own tasks, then questions. Everyone leaves with prompts, checklists and clear rules they can follow the next morning.

Six ways to train with us

How we build a training programme

Step 1

Agree the goal

We agree the audience, the outcomes and the format with you: a webinar, a workshop, a series or one-to-one sessions. We also check which tools your people already have.

Step 2

Shape the content

We build exercises from your people’s real tasks, such as drafting, reporting and customer service, and set safe-use rules for the data your sector handles.

Step 3

Deliver

Short demonstrations, hands-on practice and time for questions, on site anywhere in Ireland or online for teams in Ireland and the UK.

Step 4

Follow up

Attendance records, prompt guides and checklists for each role, plus refresher sessions when tools change, new staff join or your policy is updated.

Common questions

What size of group do you train?

Anything from one-to-one mentoring to conference audiences. For hands-on workshops we keep groups small enough for everyone to practise, and run several sessions for larger teams.

Which tools do you train on?

The tools your people already use, most often Microsoft 365, Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Gemini, Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, LinkedIn and Google Business Profile.

Do you provide records of training?

Yes. We provide attendance records showing who attended, when and what was covered. We do not issue formal certification.

Is your AI training legal advice on the EU AI Act?

No. We provide training and supporting materials, not legal advice. For how the Act applies to you, talk to your solicitor or adviser.

How do we arrange in-company training?

Book a call, or send an in-company enquiry through our contact page with the team, topics and dates you have in mind.
